Your first planning meeting is a 30-minute online Google Meet designed to be a conversation, not an interrogation. Before this meeting, you will complete your Planning Form — a beautiful digital questionnaire that captures everything about you as a couple.

What We Will Cover

  • Couple & Event Basics — Names, wedding date, ceremony and reception times, guest count, family dynamics
  • Vision & Priorities — Your style, theme, color palette, what matters most to you and your guests
  • Ceremony Dreams — Location preference, backdrop, traditions, who is walking, ceremony vibe and seating

This is your “locking it in” meeting.

The Design &
Details Meeting

Your Second Planning Meeting is held in person at The Seventy Five — and it is the most exciting one. Come ready to make decisions. By the end of this meeting, we will have locked in the majority of your wedding day design.

Bring décor pieces you want to see in the space, and your $1,000 security deposit check made out to The Seventy Five Venue.

What We Will Cover

  • Design & Décor — Table place settings, décor items from The 75, linens per table, candles, add-on décor staff tiers
  • Linen Selections — Napkin color, fold style, guest table linens, head/bridal party table linens, cocktail table linens
  • Vendor Check-In — Confirm who is booked, arrival times, pickup times, catering plan, cake details
  • Your People & Flow — Finance person, MOH, Best Man, who takes food/cake/alcohol/décor home, accessibility needs
  • Order of Events — Grand entrance format, events of the evening, rain plan, shuttle logistics
  • Box Hops Confirmation — Finalize which properties you are booking
  • Catering Details — Cocktail hour appetizers, dinner style, late night snacks, post-ceremony treats for couple

The alignment call that brings everyone to the table.

Your Final Planning Meeting is a virtual Google Meet held 4 to 6 weeks before your wedding. Your vendors are secured, your design is set, and your timeline is nearly complete. This call is about locking it all in together.

Your lead coordinator will send Google Meet invites to you, your partner, and your core vendors.

What We Will Cover

  • Setup & All Arrival Times — Every vendor, the bridal party, guests, shuttles — timed to the minute
  • Vendor Confirmation — Final confirmation of all booked vendors, what each is bringing, pickup times
  • Ceremony Lineup — Full walking order, who escorts whom, grandparents, flower girls, ring bearers, family seating
  • Special Logistics — Pre-ceremony guest access, reception curtain, bar policy, couple’s private moment, champagne service
  • Day-of Timeline — Every moment from venue open to final send-off, confirmed with all vendors on the call
  • Rain Plan Confirmed — Final indoor backup plan locked and communicated to all vendors
  • End-of-Night Logistics — Who takes food, cake, alcohol, and décor home; special send-off details
  • Prismm Floor Plan — Final approval of your table layout before linens are ordered
